Hot dog steamers and hot dog broiler rotisseries are perfect for locations including lounges, home theatres, business offices, schools, fun centers, sports bars and more. Roller Grills are designed or high traffic, high volume locations - restaurants, theatres, stadiums, arenas, large schools, specialty retail stores, etc.

HOT DOG STEAMER

steamersThe three most popular way to cook hot dogs is in either a steamer, rotisserie or on a roller grill. Hot dog steamers are the most popular way to cook hot dogs because they are economical and very easy to to use. A hot dog steamer will also be the easiest to clean.

Steamers also offer all-in-one design which saves space by combing the buns and hot dogs into one common area. Cooking time is approximately 20-30 minutes. A hot dog steamer will keep product the freshest - longest.

All Gold Medal hot dog steamers feature stainless steel construction, sealed water tanks, drain valve, juice tray and require no tools for disassembly and cleaning.

HOT DOG ROLLER GRILL

roller grillsRoller Grills provide a flexible work environment with the capability to serve from both sides. Using a slanted hot dog roller grill will increase visibility and increase impulse sales. All-in-one combination grills are available - this saves space and money by building-in and combining the bun drawer below the grill as one single unit.

Roller grills are also great for self-serve locations when furnished with the appropriate sneeze guard (sold separately). Look for models with stainless steel rollers - no Teflon to peel off and no chrome to scratch or chip. Cooking time is approximately 10-15 minutes. All Gold Medal hot dog roller grills feature a stainless steel rollers and body, two separate on/off switches to operate with front rollers or rear rollers and two separate variable heat controls.

HOT DOG ROTISSERIE

The action of the rotating rack attracts attention and builds customer traffic. Most units feature a built-in bun warmer set over a water pan to keep product fresh. Cooking time is approximately 15-20 minutes. All Gold Medal hot dog broiler rotisseries feature a stainless steel frame, bun warmer, juice drip tray and adjustable heat control.

CONDIMENT DISPENSERS

Condiment dispensers and condiment stands are a perfect compliment to your hot dog vending operation. You HAVE to offer condiments if you plan on selling sell hot dogs otherwise you will have a lot of upset customers. A countertop condiment stand will allow you to combine pumped product (like ketchup and/or mustard) with ladled product (like relish, onions and sour kraut) into one space saving unit. This high capacity condiment stand features two deep well containers (one gallon capacity per) and three insets in the middle that are covered by a lid.

INTERESTING FACT - The word ketchup is derived from the Chinese ke-tsiap, a pickled fish sauce. It made its way to Malaysia where it became kechap and ketjap in Indonesia. F. & J. Heinz Company began selling tomato ketchup in 1876.

BUN WARMERS

Hot dog bun warmers / bun steamers are a perfect way to keep your hot dog buns warm and moist. Customer's prefer a soft and fresh tasting bun out of a bun warmer. Ideal for stadiums, arenas, convention centers, convenience stores, fast food chains or any high volume food service application, these warmers will enhance and protect your buns. For non-heated storage we also offer non-electric bun boxes. Non-electric, unheated bun cabinets house wrapped or unwrapped buns at room temperature. All hot dog grills and bun warmers are designed so they can be stacked.

SNEEZE GUARDS

One door, two doors, self serve versions, Gold Medal Sneeze Guards, Star Manufacturing Sneeze Guards and Roundup Sneeze Guards. A necessary sanitary and hygienic addition to your operation. Most health departments require them so check the local codes and requirements. Not required for hot dog steamers - they are self contained.

The #8068 King Dog Electric Corn Dog Fryer is the fastest Corn Dog Fryer on the midway! The #8068 can handle any Corn Dog up to 8-1/2" long. For Foot Long Corn Dogs, use the #8068FL 12" Foot Long King Dog Fryer.
