The 5587 mini nacho chip merchandiser can hold 80 (3-1/2 ounce size) portion pack cups, the 5581 can hold 120 (3-1/2 ounce size) portion pack cups and large 5588 can can hold 220 (3-1/2 ounce size) portion pack cups. Molded plastic nacho trays can also be warmed in any nacho warmer. Nacho trays are available in economical and heavy duty versions. We highly recommend using the heavy duty nacho trays because of their thicker construction which will not it to flex or bend as much when loaded with product. Nacho Chips  El Nacho Grande Nacho Chips are the greatest tasting Nacho Chips around. Canned Nacho cheese is simple. Open the can and set the can itself into your nacho cheese dispenser with pump or ladle - or pour it into one of the optional stainless insert jars and then insert the jar into your warmer - heat and serve. Sold in #10 cans only. Ideal for nachos, hotdogs, pretzels or anything that you want to add cheese too. Bag In Box cheese pouches can be resealed and put in the refrigerated at the end of the day. You may also leave the cheese in the machine overnight as long as the machine stays plugged in. New bags of cheese can be reheated in the microwave to “jump start” the heat up process. Bag cheese evacuates 96% of the product so there is minimal waste or loss on food cost.
