How to pop popcorn in your Gold Medal EZ Kleen Kettle

1. Turn on all Switches – kettle heat, kettle motor, and light/warmer.

2. Allow kettles to heat up for 6-8 minutes (first batch only).

3. Lift kettle front lid and put proper amount of popcorn/oil/salt into the kettle.

4. Popping will start. When popping stops dump kettle to remove all popped corn.

5. Repeat entry of product.

6. It will take up to the 3rd batch to get best popping performance – then it should take about 3 minutes per batch.

7. On the last batch – when popping starts – turn off Kettle Heat switch. When popping is completed turn off motor switch. Leave Light and Warmer switch on to help maintain kettle fresh popcorn.
