HOW TO USE A COMMERCIAL SNOW CONE MACHINE

For informational purposes only, please reference your snow cone machine owner's manual prior to operating. Only trained and experienced personnel should operate this type of equipment.

Typical snow cone machine below, optional features may be shown. This model consists of the hopper, which houses the cutter head, the pusher handle, the motor, and the display case.

Operating Instructions:

Let's get started..... Plug the snow cone machine into a properly grounded power supply. Do not use an un-grounded adapter or extension cord. It is important that the machine remains grounded during operation.

Next Step..... Open the Pusher Assembly and fill the Horn with the desired amount of either cube ice. Do not overfill the Horn Assembly. Close the Pusher Assembly once you have the desired amount of ice in the Horn.

Next Step..... Press and hold the rocker switch to activate the cutting head while applying downward pressure to the Pusher. SNOW CONE MACHINE BLADES ARE SHARP AND OPERATE AT HIGH SPEEDS! Please be sure to keep all body parts and any foreign objects away from the ice horn while POWER is on. Once the desired amount of ice is crushed, release the switch to turn of the motor and cutting head. The power switch is spring loaded so that it cannot be left in the ON position for safety purposes.

Next Step..... Scoop out the ice from the lower cabinet and place into a serving cup. Add snow cone syrup onto the finished snow cone (a maximum of two ounces of syrup is recommended for a 6 oz. serving of ice). Serve your product and watch people smile!

To avoid injury, NEVER place body parts or objects such as ice picks into or near the shaver head assembly while motor is running.
