Belgian Waffle Bakers
The International World's Fairs have popularized Belgian Waffles. At Jarco we have various waffle bakers and coffee shops, tourists attractions, festival midways as well as specialized food service locations will have golden opportunities to present high ticket dessert confections based on the Belgian waffle (that you can make as a square, round, boat shaped, or even waffle on a stick, known as the Fudge Pupppie).
The Belgian Waffle Boat is typically a Sunday Brunch item – but, can be worked up into a midway concession or food court specialty using the Belgian Waffle Boat Baker. Belgian waffles are now serious menu items for many of our customers.
PLEASE NOTE: All of our waffle bakers are commercial grade cooking equipment, not the retail store bought bakers that you would find at a typical department store. All waffle bakers shown on this page feature stainless steel construction, solid aluminum cooking grids and ship directly from the manufacturer with a 2 year warranty.
7-1/4" Round Belgian Waffle Baker
This unit has a fixed grid-simply load, close the lid and turn it over for a perfect 7-1/4" Belgian waffle each time. This 1300 watt unit is the highest volume Belgian waffle baker made anywhere. Also available in a removable grid version.
The 7-1/4" round removable grid Belgian waffle baker is designed for non-high volume usage. When your Belgian waffle baker is turned on for 5 hours every morning and is not used continuously the grids will get dirty. When the baker is in constant use, the grids stay clean - thus the removable grid, which allows you to clean your grids away from the baker.
Four Square Belgian Waffle Baker
Create a high-ticket dessert with freshly baked Belgian waffles. Durable construction and fast 3 minute cook cycle produces approximately 70 to 80 4" x 4" waffles per hour.
For specialty locations, the 4" x 4" four square Belgian waffle baker is a great item for food courts, midways, “dessert trailers” – build it up with ice cream, whip cream, syrup, and a fruit garnish.
Belgian Waffle Mix
For all of the Belgian waffle bakers on this page, we highly recommend using the Belvarian One Step Belgian Waffle Mix. This is the world's best tasting and most popular mix. Of course there must be eggs in a Belgian waffle mix - we use certified Salmonella free powdered eggs. Easy to use - just add water!
We also offer a more economical version - Old Fashioned Belgian waffle mix. Easy to use - just add water! All mix sold six 5 lbs bags per case.
Waffle Cone Bakers
Everything you need for your ice cream business. The enhanced aroma plus the action and perceived freshness will attract customers. Make sure you use our Waf-A-Kone mix which is the industry standard - no one has successfully equaled it's quality, taste or texture.
Customers prefer freshly baked cones and our equipment makes it easy for you to bake regular sized waffle cones or giant waffle cones. Both bakers have a 10-1/2" W x 19-1/2" D base plate and a timer. The waffle cone bakers are approximately 24" high when the grid is open. Cone forming mandrel and batter drip tray is included with both waffle bakers.
Waffle Cones made with our Waf-A-Kone mix will maximize sales of frozen desserts wherever you make these cones.

Always pick a good location for your case so that the public can see the attractive display. A front counter is usually best. Putting it on a back location will diminish sales.
Seas 'N Kleen Waffle Baker Grid Spray

Seas 'N Kleen waffle baker grid spray is specially formulated to keep grids clean and prevent sticking. Works much better than household type products. Regular use should prevent carbon buildup. This waffle baker grid spray contains no CFC's.
Used by professionals everywhere. Sold in individual cans or in available in a master case of six 14 ounce spray cans.
Fudge Puppies
The Dip-Stick, a Belgian Waffle on a stick, is made in the #5044 Waffle Baker - however you use the Belgian Waffle Mix. What a fantastic discovery. Talk about PURE PROFITS! They can be frozen or refrigerated and with five or six bakers, it is easy to produce 250-300 fudge puppies per hour.
Information / How you make Fudge Puppies:
Fill each of the five cavities level with batter - quickly place the five skewers in position quickly close the lid - roll it over and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the five "Dip-Sticks" and repeat the cooking process. You should get over 70 pieces per hour with one Baker - over 150 per hour with two. Place the Belgian Waffles on a wire rack to cool a little. Keep air space between them so they stay crisp.
As the waffles cool, dip them in Gold Medal's high temp Chocolate Dip #5519. Because you have a round stick, you can "spin off" the excess chocolate in the "cylinder" and hold the coating to approximately one ounce per waffle. You can also use a Double Warmer for convenience, one side to dip, the other for the spin off.
The display case really helps merchandise the product by making a good presentation. The standard model #5530 is a display case with lexan sides, a lexan top, stainless steel header and bottom. The dip pans revolve when the motor is turned on. The # 5536 is a motorized, heated and lighted display case which looks the same as the #5535, but is heated as well. Choose the case you think will work best in your location.
Note that once a "Stick Waffle" is chocolate coated, you can roll it in granulated peanuts or sprinkles once it has drained and starts to cool.
Also, once these have cooled you can stack them between layers of wax paper- even at room temperature. (After all, the Chocolate coating "seals up" the Waffle completely much the same way a Chocolate Coated Cookie is sealed up.) Because these are so delicious, it is important to make up plenty ahead of any expected bust sales period.
If you want to "freeze" or refrigerate, that's okay - sometimes on hot days, a cooler confection will sell better.
Make the "Dip Stick" in the Model #5044 Baker, is a high production, high "valued Perceived" type of fun food.
You could call these "Swiss Chocolate Waffles," "German Chocolate Waffle"? It depends on whether you are working at Oktoberfest or some other specialty event.
In making these "Dipsticks" make sure that you use a light spray of "Seas N' Kleen" every once in a while to make sure that the waffles release easily.
